The journey of a photographer can take you to far and unusual places, as has it been for John. His first camera was taken on the climb of Mt Mckinley. Mountains, water and off road places of Alaska were his goal. Although John is not a native to Kansas, he currently resides in Winfield, displaying his photographic art and wood pieces. These days capturing places in the US provides John his opportunities and adventure.

Essence of Life Series
The "Essence of Life Series" brings to the forefront what people need on a daily basis to survive. "WATER ". Across the US its the same basic needs. Depending on where you live, you can have to much, or too little. It doesn't make a difference where you live we all need this one basic element.
The Essence of Life Series has taken John to travel to the nations National Parks. A lot of Johns photos reflect those travels. If you have enjoyed the National Parks, Monuments and Reserves then his photography should be to fascinate the soul.
